£250 is the whole cost for a simple site of around 3 pages — a one-off payment, not a deposit or a subscription. The only other cost is your own hosting and domain, which you pay your provider directly, not us.

Why is it cheaper than most web designers?

It isn't corners cut — it's a fixed, tightly-scoped brief: a bespoke design for a focused, simple site, built efficiently because the scope is clear from the outset. A larger or more complex site is £500, still one-off.

Do I actually own the website?

Yes. It's set up on your own hosting and domain accounts, in your name, so it's genuinely yours — not something you rent from us or lose access to if you stop paying anyone.

What if I need more than 3 pages?

That's what the £500 option covers — more pages, or extras like e-commerce and online bookings. Get in touch and we'll tell you honestly which one you actually need.

How long does it take?

Most simple sites are live within a few weeks of starting, depending on how quickly we get content and feedback from you.
